Disclosure Policy

Per the FTC guidelines as noted here: http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2009/10/endortest.shtm Raven Haze Healing and Divination has adopted this disclosure policy. 

This law states that [The Guides] are administrative interpretations of the law intended to help advertisers comply with the Federal Trade Commission Act; they are not binding law themselves.

In any law enforcement action challenging the allegedly deceptive use of testimonials or endorsements, the Commission would have the burden of proving that the challenged conduct violates the FTC Act.

But what does that all mean exactly?

Basically, this means that at times on my blog posts you may see advertisements or links to sites and products that I am affiliated with. I make money through Adsense and other third party advertising on both my blog as well as my YouTube channel. I also earn money through my business (Raven Haze Healing and Divination) which offers Spiritual Guidance via divination, spirit guide adviser sessions, mediumship sessions and courses. 

I value strong ethics and try to abide by them at all costs. When I am presenting or discussing a product or service, it is something that I strongly believe in. This includes if I am writing a review about ANYTHING whether paid or unpaid; I will disclose this.
